About This Site One of my professors in graduate school, Louis Gerstman, Ph.D. freely offered his valuable time to students and ended many conversations with "Pass it on, friend." I decided to devote some of my time to helping other providers, especially younger ones, find solutions to some of the more challenging aspects of developing a thriving private practice - as a free service. About Dr. Wilson I have been in private practice since 1977 and have used everything from pegboard accounting systems to internet claim entry. In 1989 I partnered with another provider and we created a multi-specialty group practice with as many as 13 other providers at any given time. I went into solo practice in 2003.
